DOS AMIGOS, UNA COCINA
It started with a love of cooking.
Two best friends from El Paso, Texas — bonded over a shared obsession with food. Not just any food. The kind that takes time, the kind passed down through families, the kind that fills a room with a smell that makes everyone stop what they're doing.
Between the two of us, we grew up cooking everything — Mexican dishes, Japanese flavors, backyard experiments that had no name but tasted like something. We cooked for ourselves, for our families, for every party where someone had to step up and feed the crowd. That someone was always us.

EL EXPERIMENTO
Then came the jerky.
It wasn't a business plan. It was a snack. We wanted something to eat — something bold, something real, something that didn't taste like it came off a gas station shelf. So we started experimenting with beef jerky in our own kitchen, using a dehydrator and a lot of trial and error.
LA COMUNIDAD HABLÓ
Friends tried it. Then family. Then everyone.
We started sharing it — at cookouts, at get-togethers, just passing bags around. People kept asking for more. Then they started telling us we should sell it. We laughed it off at first. But the more people said it, the harder it was to ignore.
So we took the leap. Xolos Craft Beef Jerky was born — not from a corporate kitchen or a trend report, but from two guys in El Paso who just really love to cook and wanted to share something they were proud of.
